Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Ottolenghi's winterslaw salad


Such an amazing salad - a real adult family favourite. Adapted to be vegan friendly with replacing the butter for frying the nuts which still made them crispy.
