Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Goan have a mouthful of this fresh tasting curry
This was a sort of Coconut Curry Pulse Stirfry with coriander and sesame seeds. Very quick and delicious after a days travelling to Arnamurchan
