We love food and I love cooking. Then my husband was told he had MS. Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Dreaming of Marrakech
Very much Ottolenghi-inspired, aubergine with sprouted lentils, pomegranate seeds, rocket and tahini dressing. No challenge to our taste buds as we would eat this kind of thing normally.
