Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. BBQ'd baby aubergine, peppers, beetroot and almonds with pesto
dressing, garlic flatbreads
This was a delicious summer lunch with family, served with Good Life falafels and a green salad. Kids got chipolatas too! The flatbreads were really popular with everyone - such a treat when homemade.
