Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Pan fried seabass with tomato salsa and curly kale
Looks fancy but takes the time it takes for the potatoes to boil to cook. Seriously! So full of nutrition as all ingredients organic.
