Herb stuffed mackerel with jerseys and a green salad

First time I've bought fresh mackerel and it was really good. Stuffed it with breadcrumbs, lemon zest, fried onion and herbies but I loved the (soya) yoghurt  and herb dressing more. The meat of the fish was so delicate and succulent. A really underrated treat.
