Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. King prawn Thai curry
Beautiful colours in this Thai curry because of all the yummy veg - just a use-up job from what was in the fridge though. Served it with brown rice.
