Rainbow granola

Inspired again by my sister, this low sugar granola took minutes to make. I just chucked some oats, crushed nuts, linseeds, flaxseeds, chia, some walnut oil and agave into a massive bowl and gave it a stir... Threw it into the oven for a roast then added goji and figs as it cooled. The children loved it on strawberries and honey yoghurt and we enjoyed more traditionally for brekkie with almond milk.
