Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Salmon with brown rice, fried courgette and crispy kale with a miso
dressing
Using ingredients bought in our local organic farm, this dish was so tasty and wholesome. Oven crisping kale is our best way of eating this super healthy green.
