We love food and I love cooking. Then my husband was told he had MS. Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Arrrrrribaaaa
This was all a bit Mexican with cacan spiced sweet potato, tomato salsa and guacamole. Very satisfying and a bit different.
