Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Smoked trout in my pout
Broccoli with lemon tahini sauce topped with chia seeds plus Scottish smoked trout (and a bit of salmon). I really like most 'healthy' food stuffs but there's something so heavy and smelly about pumpernickel that I might not eat it much more.
