Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Scallops with spiced parsnip purée and rainbow chard
Unusual combo but we don't have much choice in Arnamurchan plus we bought the amazing rainbow chard just today directly from a veg grower. Added crispy kale for texture, taste and fun. Bloody delicious.
