We love food and I love cooking. Then my husband was told he had MS. Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. A new brownie recipe (no dates!)
Rich and silky the main ingredient was black eyed beans! Not that you could taste them as so chocolatey.
