We love food and I love cooking. Then my husband was told he had MS. Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Beetroot and squash fritters
Botch job on this but was beetroot, potato and squash patties flavoured with cumin and spring onion, watercress salad and parsley/garlic/lemon prawns with smoked mackerel. Poorly conceived but rather tasty!
