Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Baked gnocchi with shrooms and spinach
I must admit that I added Parmesan to this but Harry said it was very satisfying without. I baked the gnocchi in the oven with fennel seeds and fried the mushrooms adding tamari, garlic and fresh parsley. Nice textures and good nutrition.
