We love food and I love cooking. Then my husband was told he had MS. Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Fresh crab, beetroot, carrot and avocado remoulade with pumpernickel
Fresh crab is such a treat and this lunch was so good - very much my kind of food and pretty filling too. I love rocket with crab.
