Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Simple tomato salad
Few things can beat a bunch of ripe tomatoes sliced with oil, balsamic and basil. These were given to me by a kind friend from her garden and tasted amaaazing. All seven different types!
