Soon after he decided to rule all saturated fat out of his diet, after reading Dr Jelinek's book 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis: An Evidence-based Guide to Discovery'. Smoked mackerel fishcakes
Panko breadcrumbs were the secret to the success of these crispy beauts. Think next time I will incorporate some strong Thai flavours to cut through the fishiness of mack. A very satisfying Saturday lunch though.
